Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not do with Distilled's phones, agents and network exits. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Last updated October 8, 2026

What Distilled is for

Distilled is built for social media teams, agencies and creators who run accounts they own or manage for their clients, and for developers who automate and test Android apps. Use it for real accounts, real content and real work.

No fraud or deception

You may not use Distilled, or let your agent use it, to:

  • commit payment or card fraud, including card testing;
  • take over, steal, buy or sell other people's accounts or credentials;
  • phish, scam, or impersonate a person, brand or organization to deceive anyone;
  • abuse sign-up bonuses, referral schemes, promotions, giveaways or gambling offers.

No fake engagement

  • no selling or buying followers, likes, views, comments, shares, reviews, ratings or votes;
  • no running accounts to inflate engagement, or to manipulate rankings, trends, charts or recommendations;
  • no ad fraud, click fraud or fake installs;
  • no coordinated inauthentic behavior, including campaigns to sway elections or public debate.

No spam

  • no unsolicited bulk messages, comments, mentions, follows or friend requests;
  • no creating accounts in bulk to send spam;
  • no scraping personal data to target, track or contact people who did not agree to it.

Follow the rules of the apps you use

You must follow the terms, community guidelines and policies of every app, website and service you use on a phone. That includes not using Distilled to get around a ban, suspension or limit a platform has placed on you or your accounts.

No harmful or illegal content

  • no child sexual abuse material, or anything that sexualizes or endangers minors;
  • no harassment, threats, doxxing, or content that promotes violence or hatred against people;
  • no sharing intimate images of anyone without their consent;
  • no selling or promoting anything illegal where you or your audience are.

No abuse of the Service

  • no attacking, probing or overloading other people's systems, and no malware;
  • no using a phone's network exit to hide unlawful activity;
  • no reaching other customers' phones, data or keys, or interfering with how we run the Service;
  • no reselling access to Distilled without our written agreement.

You answer for your agents

What an AI agent does on your phones counts as done by you. Give your agents instructions that keep to this policy, and stop a run that does not.

How we enforce it

We do not watch what is on your phones. We do look into abuse reports, notices from the apps and networks your phones use, and signs of misuse in how the Service is used, such as payment fraud signals or a single workspace driving a pattern of complaints.

When we find a breach we may, depending on how serious it is, warn you, stop phones, cut their network access, end agent runs, or suspend or close your workspace. Where the law allows, we may keep or refuse refunds for a workspace closed for abuse. We report child sexual abuse material and serious fraud to the authorities, and we cooperate with valid legal requests.

Report abuse

If you see Distilled being used to break this policy, write to us at sales@distilled.cx with what you saw and when. We read every report.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Service and the law change. The date at the top says when it last changed, and using the Service after a change means you accept it.
